It was all eyes on Malta for ICG’s annual conference this year – a weekend of togetherness, wellness and relaxation.
From the UNESCO world heritage site of Valletta to the bright lights of Paceville, it was a wonderful escape from the wintry weather back home.
Not surprisingly, Simon, Julie, Sam, and Liam started their days with invigorating runs, while Matt and Julie braved the crystal clear sea for a dip (something we’d never do back home!).

A few of us embarked on a hike from Sliema to Valletta, arriving a little sore footed but full of stories. Valletta was a history and a culture buff’s dream, with stunning architecture, churches and delicious food.
While Dave found his new favourite store (Daves), Natasha, Emma and Beth discovered the perfect cafe overlooking the bay.

We were lucky to be treated to incredible live music and sang the night away (though voices were a little hoarse after the previous night’s sing-song).
There were also spa treatments, happy hour cocktails and dancing!
Malta was a great opportunity for us to spend time with everyone. Thanks for the memories – bring on the ICG Conference 2026!
